Thanks Diana. Hope you're well. We haven't "chatted" via email or blog postings for awhile. Used every single one of these 10 tips (which I need to remind myself of too) mediating a case that was VERY hard to value yesterday. Both parties, i.e., claims adjuster and plaintiff, threw their full support behind the joint venture of figuring out the most likely range of damages a jury would bring back. Pure pleasure and good for the parties too. We all continue to learn from one another. Cheers, Vickie
