« Rearden v. Rearden, Ky COA, Classification Of Property, Attorney Fees | Main | Ky COA, Jail Sentence For Civil Contempt »

October 12, 2009

This is Judicial Discretion. Do Not interfere. Amend the Bill to leave it to the Judicial Discretion of a Judge to require both parties to wear GPS monitoring. Constitutional Requirements violate the constitution until convicted. Either require both parties to wear the monitors; or none of the parties.

Is there any information out on the website about this? A summary of the bill or the bill itself.
