This is Judicial Discretion. Do Not interfere. Amend the Bill to leave it to the Judicial Discretion of a Judge to require both parties to wear GPS monitoring. Constitutional Requirements violate the constitution until convicted. Either require both parties to wear the monitors; or none of the parties.
