New Family Court Rules Of Practice

New Family Court Rules of Practice, Jefferson Circuit Court, Kentucky, became effective September 2, 2006. Click on the link at the end for a .pdf copy. If anyone has a redlined version, I would be glad to post so it would be easier to ascertain the new information within the 116 pages of rules.
Obvious changes were made to the mediation rules, both in the required information to submit to the mediator in advance and a new requirement to update significant financial changes since the filing of a Mandatory Case Disclosure.
