New Case Categories

Michael Stevens was very kind to announce the presence of this blog in his KentuckyLawBlog today. The good news is you're reading it. The bad news is that you will see the learning curve in progress as we improve it.
Earlier this month we posted final decisions with SW3d cites for the past year and one-half. We are going to repost them in the coming days, one at a time, so we can group them by category. As we add new decisions once they become final, we will then add them to the category and develop a database over time. So, if you know the cases, breeze right on by them. My sense is, though, that it won't hurt any of us to read about a published decision a second or third time.
