Roeding on February 8, 2007, to direct the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to appoint a panel, which may include members of the blue ribbon panel on adoption, to evaluate issues related to establishing and implementing a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity registry. This bill requires the cabinet to report on findings by December 31, 2007.
